INSTRUCTIONS AND TIPS:

1. Make your selection(s) - Youth sizes in the left column, Adult sizes in the right column. Please select your sizes carefully. There is a size chart image available for each item. If you have specific sizing questions, e-mail [email protected].
2. Review your cart. It would be helpful if you state your child's name and class in notes/comments.
3. Enter your personal details. You can enter Leawood Elementary School as Company Name or leave it blank. You will be asked to enter your address but please note all orders will be delivered to LES.  PTO will announce pickup instructions in a separate communication. Orders will be completed approximately the first week of October. 
4. Enter your billing details. PayPal is our preferred processor. If you have a PayPal account, you will be prompted to login and may use your PayPal balance or any major credit card through your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account (or if you have one but prefer not to use it), you will be invited to accept the terms and conditions and open one, then use it to pay. If you do not want to use a PayPal account, please e-mail [email protected] and list the specific item/design/color/size of each item you want to order. We will send you a link via Square for payment that will allow you to use any major credit card without having to go through PayPal.
5. You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your order and payment. If you notice any item that is not the correct item/design/color/size that you intended, please e-mail [email protected] so we can correct it before the order goes to the printer.

We will be accepting orders through Sunday, September 13. At that time all orders will be printed and assigned to your individual orders. Orders are expected to be completed by the first week of October. Once complete, all orders will be delivered to LES to be distributed by PTO. Orders will not be shipped to individual addresses.

PTO will make an announcement when orders are ready for pickup and instructions/timing for retrieving your order. We will communicate through all of our normal channels.
